Assistant Brand Manager

Cool Crutches is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support on all elements of digital marketing.  This role will involve getting stuck into all areas of digital marketing to support the Founder and Digital Marketing Lead to drive valuable content and comms across all platforms.

You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day running of our Shopify store, third-party platforms (Notonthehighstreet) and social media channels. We’re looking for a good digital marketing ‘all-rounder’ keen to learn and grow with us.

This role includes:

  • Content planning across website, email, social and print
  • Copywriting – website, email, social & blogs
  • Social graphic and video content creation, editing, resizing & repurposing across platforms (website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn)
  • Scheduling, posting & engagement – influencer & community
  • Liaising with content creators, gifting, tracking content posts and performance
  • Supporting agency briefs and collateral (Website, Social, SEO, PR, Email & Ads)
  • Website merchandising, product listing creation & updates
  • Reporting on social media analytics, performance & engagement
  • Photo shoot planning, support and coordination
  • Carrying out ad-hoc administrative tasks related to the role, as required
  • Creation, printing and inventory management of all print marketing collateral

 

About you:

  • You will be a team player with a proactive, flexible and organised approach to your work.
  • Previous experience using Shopify is essential
  • Previous experience using Klaviyo & Notion preferable, but not essential.

This role would best suit someone who has 2+ years previous marketing experience, an interest in ecommerce, social media marketing and a keen eye for design.

This is a junior role with scope for growth in a fast-growing business, with big plans to scale!

Cool Crutches is an online only, dynamic business based in North Yorkshire.  We sell comfortable, colourful, customisable, silent & safe walking sticks, crutches and accessories online both nationally and internationally.  We are a small team working with multiple marketing agencies in our mission to grow.  All roles are flexible, with the intention of making working with us fun, exciting and rewarding!

 

Hours and salary:

This is a full time, permanent role – remote working and / or hybrid working from the office (5 miles from Harrogate) and from home to be discussed

Pay: £25k + depending on experience
