Each walking stick and crutch(es) come with an inner pole, these poles are the section that is lengthened or shortened to adjust the height of your walking aid.
If you are using a range of different ferrules depending on activity, weather or otherwise we find customers often prefer to have ready to go replacement poles with different rubber tips so they don't need to change ferrules constantly. You can choose from our range of rubber tips but please note these poles suit 19mm rubber tips only.

For free next day delivery, your order must be placed before 3pm. Your order will be delivered for free by courier the next WORKING day (Monday-Friday).
For example, an order placed on a Monday before 3pm will be delivered on Tuesday, however an order placed on Friday before 3pm will be delivered on Monday.
Personalised Crutches & Walking Sticks
We offer FREE delivery on all our personalised products over £100, however due to their bespoke nature take between 7-10 working days from order to delivery. Please note, personalised orders are non refundable.
International Delivery
We are dedicated to ensuring smooth and speedy international delivery, please be aware charges and estimated delivery times will differ depending on exact locations & addresses and whilst international orders will be exempt from VAT, local charges and customs apply. Please also note international orders are not eligible for returns. Should you have an issue with your order when it is delivered we will endeavour to replace / refund as fast as possible.
